Berry Lime Pound Cake

  • Ingredients
  • Prepared Pound cake
  • 1 cup whipped topping, divided
  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam, divided
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • Key Lime Dessert Mix


Directions
Cut cake into two layers. Spread 1/2 cup whipped topping on bottom layer and raspberry jam on the topping. Place top of cake on lower layer. Combine cream cheese with packet 1 of Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix. Add enough of remaining whipped topping to make a spreading consistency. Frost sides and top of cake with mixture. Sprinkle top with packet 2. Makes about 16 servings.


Cucumber Pita Wedges

  • 1 (8oz) softened cream cheese
  • ½ package of Cucumber Dip
  • 4 whole pita breads
  • 1-2 med. cucumbers (peeled and cut into thin slices)
  • lemon pepper (optional)

Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and cucumber dip together. Split pita breads in half, forming 2 circles. Spread mixture over pita circles, and cut each into 6 wedges. Top with cucumbers and sprinkle with lemon pepper (optional).

 


Awesome Nachos

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Southwest Jalapeño Mix  
  • 1/2 jar Salsa of choice
  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Sour cream


Directions

Brown ground beef with Southwest Jalapeño Mix; drain. Add salsa; cook until heated through. Spoon ground beef over chips; top with cheese; garnish with remaining ingredients. Makes 6-8 servings.
